Travis the Translator! Technology to watch!

Travis the Translator is a device that may break the language barrier. With 6909 languages in the world a device that could allow people to communicate with every other person in the world with ease would be a giant step for humanity. The device supports over 80 languages when it has a SIM in it, or a Wi-Fi connection, and 20 languages in offline mode. This only begins to scratch the surface of languages but is a step in the right direction. Right now Travis the Translator is still an extremely rough prototype larger than the size of a tablet. The handheld version is just a mock-up. This is possible because you can fit so much info into a smart phone. It is just a matter of time. Keep an eye out for this device because it could change lives.
