We discussed Brene Brown’s first TED Talk: The Power of Vulnerability. The reason we started with this video is because growth requires discomfort and vulnerability. Boundless Connections attempts to provide comfort for our clients as they explore and learn… which means we have to embrace that space ourselves – which is by definition, uncomfortable.

COVID now requires any company that is going to survive to be flexible and try new things. Our willingness to be vulnerable as we explore the reality of business in a pandemic means we are leading and showing other businesses how to navigate this new normal.
