What are fitness trackers?

Over the last few years fitness trackers have become more and more popular. A fitness tracker is the perfect way to monitor your activity and health effortlessly and with unmatched accuracy. Think of it as an electronic finger on the pulse, constantly measuring your vitals, quality of sleep and step count.

What options are available?

There are tons and tons of options when it comes to fitness trackers. Most come in the form of a wristband or watch, but there are clips that are available as well. Fitbit is probably one of the more well-known brands. Fitbit carries quite a few models, all varying in size, ability, and price (ranging from $50-$300). Other brands include, Moov Now, Samsung, Garmin, and TomTom are a few. Fitness trackers come with many options as far as abilities go. Tracking steps, floors climbed, heart rate, quality of sleep, and active & stationary time, are just a few things they can do.
