Robot vacuums and mops have become more and more popular over the last few years. They have also become more affordable. Robot vacuums such as the Roomba are autonomous vacuum cleaners that are programmable to clean your floors without any assistance from you. There are many different types, sizes, brands, and abilities when it comes to robot vacuums. Some of the top brands are Roomba, Samsung, Neato, and Ecovacs.

As far as abilities go there is an extremely wide range depending the amount of money you spend. Some of the less expensive vacuums and mops will still get your floors clean but may not be designed to get along walls, under furniture, or into corners. Some vacuums such as the Samung POWERbot SR20H9051 can vacuum carpets and hardwood floors as well as mop.It also has a squared design and brushes that emerge from underneath to get along baseboards and into corners. Like most robot vacuums you can program it to run during certain times of the day and will return to its charging station when the battery is low.
